At their newest spot in Fremont, The Sixgill is hosting a dinner featuring the release of a collaboration beer between Two Beers and New Belgium. But why is this important to cider...?
The beer is an IPA recipe that uses lager yeast and is made with 10% cider from Seattle Cider Co. They will also be pouring the New England cider from Seattle Cider Co. with one of the courses.
