A Summer’s Bounty themed meal prepared by Chef Daryl Gossack of Loustic, Salem, Oregon.   

Enjoy a family-style, gourmet dinner with six courses highlighting farm fresh, local produce and gourmet products from the Willamette Valley, paired with 6 wines and cidres.  Cost is $80 per person, includes wine, and cidres.
