Join Capitol Cider and City Fruit to kick-off Washington Cider Week on Thursday, September 10. Between 4-6pm, enjoy happy hour specials and get a sneak peek at City Fruit's annual cider taste fundraiser. Attendees will have the opportunity to win a free ticket to the event.
Capitol Cider will offer special flights from the ten Washington cideries participating in the annual event. In addition, Chef Erik Jackson will prepare special treats using City Fruit produce!
We will be hosting Eleanor Leger of Eden Cider Co and Bear Bishop of Alpenfire Cider. We will have their cider on draft and by bottle. We will be featuring cocktails using their cider. Food pairings will be available as well.
Cider fans, here's your chance to sample new brews or old standbys poured by the folks who make them as we salute Northwest Cider and the culmination of Washington Cider Week in Bottlehouse's garden and patio.

With 14 Jefferson county farms participating in the tour you'll meet many of the people that are a part our our county's thriving food system. At Alpenfire cider you can tour the orchard and cider making facility from "branch to bottle" there will be cider tasting and local cheese pairing, music by Brother Townsend, food available (hopefully Buster's BBQ!) Woodworking, an incredible cake display by Seashell Cakes and Nonna's garden jellies made with cider and herbs. vinegars to sample and last but not least refreshing Shrub cones made with local fruit and Alpenfire vinegars.
Meet the founders and cidermakers behind Seattle’s only cidery! Join us for an evening of cider flights and the unique flavors of Seattle Cider Company’s current offerings, including Semi Sweet, Dry, PNW Berry, Three Pepper, Pumpkin Spice and Honey.
Additional taps upstairs and downstairs (with 30 in total!) featuring the region’s top cideries. Full bar and menu all evening with a late night menu available from 10pm until midnight.

Miller’s Guild is pleased to celebrate Washington Cider Week by pouring Tieton Ciderworks ciders on draft all week, and by hosting a Tieton Ciderworks Dinners with Founder Craig Campbell, and Heidi Burmeister from Tieton Cider on Thursday, Sept 11th. Dinner starts at 6:30, and is $95 per person.

Head to Beer Junction in West Seattle from 5-8pm to sample and savor limited edition ciders from Seattle's only cidery! Enjoy taste of the 2013 Washington Heirloom, Gin Botanical aged in gin barrels, and PNW Berry aged in red wine barrels. Finnriver Cidery and Snowdrift Cider will also be joining in the fun with samples of their own!
