In celebration of the newly released Salish Honey Cider, National Honey Month, and Washington Cider Week, Salish Lodge & Spa is thrilled to announce a Cider Paired Tasting menu for the entire month of September.
The new Salish Honey Cider features honey from our apiary. Handcrafted by the winemakers of Treveri Cellars in the méthode champenoise style from Washington state apples, this elegant cider offers an effervescent apple bouquet, tart elements softened by honey and a crisp finish.
Not only will the Cider Paired Tasting Menu boast the Salish Honey Cider, the menu will also highlight three additional craft ciders. Full menu and pairings are included below (menu subject to vary).
