Join us for a special six-course meal showcasing the food and beverages of Washington’s Vashon Island! A collaboration of six local chefs, each exquisite course is paired with unique ciders from Dragon’s Head Cider and spirits from Seattle Distilling. Chefs will present their dishes at the table with Laura and Wes Cherry, owners and cider makers at Dragon’s Head Cider, on hand to answer questions about their ciders.
