Just three weeks away, cider lovers can secure their spot at the three-day cider festival beginning today through Brown Paper Tickets (http://pnwca.brownpapertickets.com/). Taking place Friday, June 6 through Sunday, June 8 at The Woods tasting room in SoDo, tickets can be purchased for each day of the festival for $30 in advance or $35 at the door. Admission includes a 13-ounce PNWCA tulip glass and 8 tasting tokens, each good for a 5-ounce pour – or a 10-ounce pour for two tokens – of any of the 25+ Northwest ciders on tap. Presented by Seattle Cider Company, sponsored by Capitol Cider, Uber and the Washington Beer Blog, craft enthusiasts won’t want to miss out this first-of-its-kind festival celebrating PNWCA competition winners and the Pacific Northwest’s growing cider industry with three days of amazing cider, food trucks, music and more.

“This is our chance to celebrate the truly amazing ciders being produced in the Northwest,” Joel VandenBrink, founder of Seattle Cider Company and committee member for the PNWCA. “Unlike many of the cider competitions and festivals, PNWCA is focused solely on those cideries located in Washington, Oregon, Montana and British Columbia. With 27 cideries submitting 103 ciders for the competition, mixed with the awesome list of ciders featured on tap for the festival, it’s a true showing of the strength and growth this industry is seeing.”
