19 Acres Hard Cider
19 Acres Hard Cider takes pride in knowing apples, with over 40 years of experience in apple farming! Our family farm, Oregon Heritage Farms, is located in Beaverton, Or and is just over 400 acres with 250 of that being dedicated to apples. After decades of selling apples commercially we had literal tons of not so pretty fruit that needed a home. So we decided to take 19 Acres of our farm and dedicate it to a new project, 19 Acres Hard Cider Company. Taking pride in knowing that we take care of the apple from bloom to bottle. We only use whole ingredients and NEVER use any form of concentrate or added flavors. Doing our best to minimize waste and create the highest quality cider for your enjoyment!

Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our ciders. We refuse to add processed sugars, concentrates or artificial flavors, and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself. As a family-owned company, we are committed to the growth of our team and enrichment of our communities. We take pride in producing a true Northwest craft cider.
Alma Cider
Alma Cider is a family operated, small batch cidery, made with hand picked apples in the Skagit Valley located in Western Washington. We proudly use only locally grown apples while our own orchard is being established. We have hand grafted several thousand true cider apple trees and will be flush with fruit in the coming years.
Alpenfire Cider
Alpenfire's ciders range in style from old world to new world; from barrel matured, bittersharp, bone dry varieties to luscious pommeau's made with fresh pressed juice and apple brandy.
With every cider, we strive to let the apples tell their own story. Our bittersweet and bittersharp varieties speak of tradition and earthiness, the smell and feel of a fall orchard. The high acid heirloom varieties remind us of the sharp crisp flavor of our grandfather's apples. The incredible red flesh specialty apples we use let us know that spring and wild strawberries are only a bottle away.
We hope you find a story of your own, come and explore.
Alter Ego Cider
Alter Ego Cider was established in 2014 in Portland, Oregon when friends and winemakers Nate Wall, Kris Wall, and Anne Hubatch were enjoying some cider with dinner and realized how in many ways, that cider was very similar to wine. With the equipment they already had, and a desire to try something new, Alter Ego Cider was born.
The three decided to put their combined two decades of wine making experience to work, and craft artisanal ciders utilizing winemaking techniques. Alter Ego focuses on producing high-quality, artisanal cider with nuance, delicacy and depth.
Alter Ego Cider strives to craft cider you can enjoy on its own, or paired with a variety of your favorite foods. Come visit us in our shared production facility and tasting room in Portland, our website to locate our cider near you.
Art+Science
What started with a small endeavor to make something for fun has turned into a growing, successful business for which we are quite grateful.
We started our label with wine in 2011, the same year our son, Cash, was born. (It has more to do with building a legacy to pass down than with kids driving you to drink, but both have some truth). In 2012 we bought the 40 acres behind us and decided to plant some apple trees for cider. That year, we also made our first cider from foraged fruit and have grown our business right along with our trees.

Inspired by the landscape, culture, and the abundance of fruit in the North West, AVID Cider Company, a family run business, is dedicated to creating hard cider using sustainably sourced and local ingredients. AVID Cider Co. was founded as a result of the dissatisfaction with the lack of variety and excessively dry or cloyingly sweet ciders available in the market place in 2013. We saw the opportunity to create hard cider that better balances the elements of a flavor profile, and satiates our thirst for a cider that is “just right.”

Bandon Rain
Bandon Rain, like many good things, started as a hobby in 2013 when third-generation cranberry farmer Gary Gant made his first batch of fresh-pressed hard apple cider. Trevor and Mary Gant soon picked up the project. After impressing friends with their creations, they knew they were on to something special. A summer hobby quickly transformed into a business prospect when Trevor, Mary, Gary & Karen Gant turned an old cranberry shed on their farm into a small production cidery located in Bandon, Oregon. Three years later, Bandon Rain is now officially open for business, introducing our signature cranberry apple unique craft cider.

Blue Mountain Cider
Thursday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
We are the Blue Mountain Cider families, proudly carrying on the agricultural traditions put in place decades ago by the Earl Brown family. Those traditions include best practices for the environment and giving customers our fullest attention.
Our hard ciders, while huge with flavor, contain less alcohol than wine and are less filling than beer. We use only apples grown in the renowned Walla Walla Valley, many from Earl Brown Family orchards.
Blue Mountain Cider is one of the few cideries that adds back fresh juice prior to bottling along with a dash of carbonation, helping to maintain qualities that makes our beverage unique and delicious.
When well made, hard cider is a refreshing beverage with wide appeal. We pride ourselves on offering several varieties — sweet, dry and more — to tempt every palate.
Join us in our taproom to sample our products: Thursday-Saturday 12-8pm, Sunday 12-5pm.
Boathouse Ciderworks
Saturday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Boathouse Ciderworks has been making modern and traditional ciders and specialty wines on Orcas since 2016. Located at the Orcas ferry landing, we have helped thousands wait for the ferry with our wonderful view of the dock and neighboring island Shaw. Our distinctive ciders are pressed from heirloom apples in island orchards, here since the islands served as the fruit baskets of nearby cities, when the transportation was by boat. We use local fruits and botanicals for inspiration, creating such gems as our Double-Gold (Seattle International Cider Competition) Nootka Rose Petals in Cider. Other offerings include a couple single varietal ciders (Harrison and Brown Snout). Our seasonal specialty wines are made from nettles or lemon juice. If we purchase outside of what is grown here, we buy organic.
We serve light bites, and welcome people to bring their own food from the nearby Orcas Hotel or Village Store. We have seasonal non alcoholic offerings, too. Family friendly, and well-behaved pets are welcome. Come early to your ferry, sip our ciders, and take home a taste of Orcas.

We are proud to be an independent, husband and wife, local business, where Emily is the Cider Maker, fermenting and producing new varieties as her creative juices inspire her. John manages the Tasting Room and develops sales and distribution relationships with restaurants, markets and breweries throughout Southern Idaho.
Channel Marker Cider
Our name comes from the nautical navigation aids, or channel markers, that mariners use as a guide when returning from the sea or venturing back out again. The name is meaningful to us, since we met sailing the Pacific Ocean and find inspiration on and near the water.
Nestled between the lush Cascade Mountains and the salty Puget Sound, the maritime climate and adventurous spirit of Seattle provides the perfect inspiration for our cider recipes. And we source, forage and grow many of our ingredients from around the Sound (and our own backyard).
We hope that our small-batch, handcrafted ciders help you navigate the sea of beverage choices and exceed your expectations with every sip.

Now we're ready to bring B.C.'s West Coast its first and only cidery dedicated to producing craft cider that's 100 per cent estate grown and 100 per cent certified organic.

At Dragon’s Head Cider, we believe in producing high quality hard ciders with a traditional approach, which means you will never find us using apple juice concentrate, over sweetening our ciders, or adding other flavors to our ciders. We love the story that apples and pears can tell all by themselves, and so we keep it simple. Press high quality apples and pears, ferment the juice, put it in a bottle. We believe one of the keys to creating great cider is to have control over the entire process. For this reason, we do the pressing, fermentation, blending and bottling all right here on the farm.
Wes and Laura Cherry moved to Vashon Island in 2010 with the dream of planting an orchard and starting a cidery. Today their orchard is full of cider apple and perry pear trees, and their award winning ciders are sold in Washington and Oregon, as well as direct to consumer in their tasting room, on their website, and through their cider club.

Madrone Cider
Thursday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Why not make a cider that employs the same methods that a fine wine does? And more specifically, a fine champagne? Using these ideas, Shaun crafted the first small batch of cider in the winter of 2017.
Madrone Cider works with Bellevue Farms, located on the Northern end of San Juan Island, for their local hard cider apples. These apples are used for special blends and single varietal Hard Ciders. Outside of Bellevue Farms, Madrone exclusively sources their apples from Stemilt Growers in Wenatchee. Only fresh, natural fruits and ingredients are used during production, to preserve the purity of flavor.
Over time Madrone Cider has grown significantly, with a local and regional following creating a steady flow of production. However, the growth does not change the goal. Cider should be appreciated for its acidity, depth of flavor, and food pairing capabilities.

Cider has a very rich heritage in the United States, by the eighteenth century Americans in New England were brewing 300,000 gallons of cider a year but by the end of Prohibition, hard cider had almost vanished.
Cider is the missing link between wine and beer. It's fizzy and refreshing like beer so you can put down a six-pack while fishing with your buddies, but with an aroma and mouth feel sophisticated enough to bring to your in-laws' swanky dinner party.
We brew our cider from apples grown in the Northwest; it is naturally gluten-free, making it essentially guilt-free, right? All our cider is made with real apples with other pure fruit juices added, no artificial flavors or essences.
Meriwether cider isn’t sweet enough to give you flashbacks from freshmen year of college, but just sweet enough to transport you to hot summer days or to champagne powder on your favorite slope.
We’re brewing up many different kinds of ciders, including semi-sweet, semi-dry, blackberry, cherry, plum, ginger, apple pie, apricot, gin botanical, and hopped.
Do you like beer? Great! You should try our hopped cider; it’s a delightful blend of cider and the same hops you taste in your favorite IPA without that pesky gluten messing with your insides. Feeling a bit under the weather? We're pretty sure our ginger cider will cure anything that ails you (not verified by any medical professional). We have enough fruit ciders to satisfy even the most fanatic fruit lover. Don’t like fruity beverages? We have something for you too, try our semi-dry cider. It's dry like wine with only a hint of sweetness and a satisfying fizz.
No matter what drinks you prefer you should give cider a try, it’s really delicious, trust us, we've guzzled enough of it to call ourselves experts.

Peak Light Cider Company
We are a family farm located on Sauvie Island near Portland, Oregon with an estate orchard of more than 75 cultivars of apples, plums, pluots, pears, persimmon, and quince. We follow organic practices and implement strategies to enhance soil health and increase the biodiversity of the orchard. We handpick our fruit at peak ripeness to ensure the flavors of this unique river island find their way into every bottle.
Pear UP
When Sylvester Neigel, our grandfather, returned from World War II, he planted a small hobby orchard. Syl was an inspiration to all of us. The man who knew everyone in town and was always there help no matter what. After his passing we took over care of the small crop of trees. We soon found ourselves too small to supply the large local packing sheds and ripe for a new direction. It was time to enjoy drinking the spoils of our harvest.
In the years before going to market, we started pressing on an old 1903 cider press with the zeal of impassioned hobbyists. The previous owner of this second hand press told us we could make good ""adult"" cider by leaving some fresh press in gallon jugs under the stairs until they were the size of basketballs. We were horrified, and figured that we may have saved someone from going blind by taking it off their hands.
We soon realized that the native pear varieties on the property provided for a uniquely light and flavorful finish, and a small family company was born. The first pears we press each season come off of the heritage family orchard and through the year we pear this fruit with bins from around the Wenatchee valley. As one of the first cideries in the country to focus solely on pear, Pear UP pioneered the low sugar, flavor-forward alternative offering blends that are perfect for enjoying anytime from a hot day out on the boat to a fire-side winter huddle.

Ravenskill Orchard and Cidery
Saturday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
In 2002, Keith and Martio MacKenzi began building their dream – an orchard of heritage apples on 27 acres of land in beautiful Gabriola Island, British Columbia, Canada. They started with uncultivated scrub brush, tilled the land, and created their own locally sourced compost to feed the soil. They built a nursery and trellised rows for our unique stock of heavy fruiting dwarf trees. And they built a cider barn and roadside stand to sell our crop and ciders. Today their orchard has over 1,000 trees across two acres, with 25 different varieties of apples…and they are still growing.
Republic of Cider
Republic of Cider is built on bridging communities and cultures by offering products that appeal to the specific tastes of many of the diverse cultures on The Pacific Coast. We promote diversity in our people and develop our product lines with their ideas. Our first wave of offerings are inspired by the Cultures of Taiwan, Mexico, and the Pacific Northwest. Each line will have a specific style and a specific brand. They will be marketed locally in English, Chinese, and Spanish, and will look for prominent placement within those local communities.
Our primary facility is in South Seattle, and is co-located with two amazing wineries. Our complex also houses another winery and a craft distillery. All of us collaborate and share ideas to be able to continually help each other make the best products that we can. Our new production system is on line and our tasting room will open in this Summer. We'd love to do tours and private tastings by appointment until our doors officially open. We plan to have a solid line of regular products and will continuously innovate to have something new for our customers to try.
Reveille Ciderworks
Established in 2017, Reveille Ciderworks is Astoria's first and only hard cider manufacturer. Founded on the principle of crafting small-batch Belgian and English farmhouse-style hard ciders featuring distinctly Northwest fruits, Reveille is committed to reproducing the taste and character of old-world European 'utility ciders.'
These old world ciders began life as little more than the simple and hearty byproduct of farmhouse ale production, yet quickly found wide appeal among a wide array of drinkers spanning the social strata. Utility ciders thus formed the foundation of America's original hard cider recipes, where protecting the sanctity of individual apple varieties was secondary to generating bold and deeply satisfying farmhouse cider profiles.
While prohibition resulted in the almost complete demise of this truly American libation, many of these original recipes persisted in small pockets of the Northeastern United States and beyond. Here in the Northwest, early proponents --like Portland’s Reverend Nat (West)-- of more distinct old world styles enabled cider drinkers to experience original American cider styles for the first time.
Reveille is proud to expand on this tradition with our own approach to recreating the old world experience for discerning cider drinkers proud to call Oregon's North Coast their home. Come to Astoria and visit us on the patio at the Astoria Station food and beverage pod, just a half block from the Fort George Brewery.

One day, worlds collided, and the owners of two small Gorge cideries, Hawksong and Gorge Cider House, met each other over a glass of cider in Hood River. John, Jeff, Chip, and Stefan were searching for bigger spaces, and they decided that they would work well together, had complementary interests, and could share a bigger space to make their individual ciders.
One thing led to another: what started as a cooperation turned into a collaboration, and that turned into a company specializing in old world ciders with a Northwest twist. Today Slopeswell is not just a cidery, but a taproom, a music venue, and a hangout. We were searching for a place to make cider, and we found a place to call home for our family, friends, fans, and you, the next members of our cider family. Everyday we are still making farmhouse-style and Spanish-inspired ciders that are complex and fun.
Snowdrift Cider
Saturday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
We craft our ciders from great cider apples that we grow on our orchard in sunny East Wenatchee, WA. Our incredible region gives our trees the ideal conditions to grow apples packed with the flavors necessary to produce fine ciders. Hot sunny summers and cold snowy winters result in apples that mature with incredible aromatics and delicious flavors. When ripened to perfection, we pick these apples and craft them with the utmost care into fine cider blends, resulting in rich ciders full of delicious complexity.
Sound delicious? Check them out!

We began a cider company to provide quality alcoholic beverages in an apple region where cider was scarce. We make cider using fruit from our family orchard and other farms in the surrounding region. Apples are picked and pressed locally and fermented with very little intervention, with a hard “NO” on concentrates, colorings or artificial flavor additives. Our values personify a Pacific Northwest cultural image and attitude that exemplifies environmental awareness, outdoor sports, wildlife and supporting local.
Stratton Brothers Cider
We are a small family run Cidery in La Center, Washington. We grow English, French and Early American apples to press into delicious hard and sweet cider.
Swift Cider
When we started Swift, we set out to make cider better. The mass-market ciders we could find were just too sweet, too artificial, and too boring. Because independent hard cider production effectively ended with Prohibition, it has been up to us to define a category of cider where quality and craftsmanship take precedent.

Wards Hard Cider is situated on a fifth generation family orchard that was settled by Great Grandad Ward in 1918.
Great-great-grandfather Ward, was a man’s man and a true adventurer. He couldn’t resist the lure of promised riches – so, he left England for the excitement of the California Gold Rush. He didn’t find gold, but he did fall in love with America. And, as a result, after returning to England he named his newly born son after George Washington.
Great-grandfather George Washington Ward followed in his father’s adventurous footsteps and left England’s shores for America – but, instead of the United States, he came to Canada and began growing apples in the Okanagan Valley. Remaining true to his roots, he created an old English style cider – “dry, not too sweet” (just the way he liked it). And, that’s exactly what you will get at Wards Hard Cider.
Wards packinghouse was built by great-grandfather Ward in 1922, and has transformed into a cidery and winery – fully equipped with a tasting room!
Wards Cider is made from 100 percent tree-ripened, handpicked cider specific apples from our orchards in the sunny Okanagan Valley. It is the perfect all natural and gluten-free alternative to beer, and remains true to the old family recipe of back-to-basics and wholesome.
Westcott Bay Traditional Cider
Only in America is cider called hard cider. In the British Isles it is cider, in France, cidre and in Spain, sidre.
Unique among small Washington wineries, Westcott Bay Cider produces and bottles crisp, refreshing ciders with a complexity and finish provided by using traditional cider apples grown in our San Juan Island orchard. These are vintage apples with wonderful names like Kingston Black, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Sweet Coppin.
Cider making is a blender's art using different apples from the orchard to blend for spiciness and astringency. Westcott Bay ciders are made with 100% fresh pressed apple juice which runs brown with tannin and clears to a brilliant amber-gold as the juice gently ferments and mellows.
Serve our cider slightly chilled with cheese, fruit, seafood and light meals, or enjoy as a social drink with friends. You can purchase our ciders and fine distilled products locally at many San Juan Island markets and at Westcott Bay Cider/San Juan Island Distillery on Anderson Lane, San Juan Island.
We welcome visitors, with sales and tastings on Saturdays 1-4 pm. For other visits please call ahead.

Western Cider is Missoula, Montana's first cidery. Our venture into cider started in 2010 when Michael Billingsley was infected by an obsession with apples. He planted 2,500 cider apple trees in the Bitterroot Valley – just south of Missoula. He continued to plant hundreds of trees every year since - on his orchard and orchards throughout the valley. Now, he is using those apples, as well as apples from throughout Western Montana and the Northwest, to produce a unique line of ciders. As a company, Western Cider aspires to create an institution of great cider, good times and a life worth living in this far-flung region of the American West.

Cidermaking is a playground of the pretty and the ugly, the bitter and the sweet: It’s never a one-note song when done well. Our apples reflect the striking, complex terroir of Washington’s apple country — from juicy dessert fruit to biting, spirited cider varieties. Simply put, apples contain contradictions. And it’s when we follow their every wild and quiet possibility, and seek out juxtapositions of flavor, that we find our most delicious end result
