Membership and Administrative Coordinator

The Membership and Administrative Coordinator supports the Northwest Cider Association (NWCA) membership and day-to-day operations, serving as a primary point of contact for members and prospective members and ensuring a positive, well-organized member experience. This position manages membership administration, records, recruitment, renewals, communications, website updates, and member support, helping members make the most of their NWCA membership.

The Membership and Administrative Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Marketing and Communications Director and other members of the NWCA team and leadership, providing administrative and logistical support for NWCA programs, events and organizational activities. As part of a small nonprofit, this is a hands-on role requiring strong organization, initiative, flexibility and a willingness to support a variety of organizational needs.

Position Details

Compensation: $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Reports to: Interim Executive Director
Status: Part-time, non-exempt; approximately 20–25 hours per week. Hours may flex or increase during event cycles and other periods of high activity.
Location: Remote, within Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Montana.
Periodic in-person events across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and British Columbia, including Northwest Cider Symposium in Tacoma, WA (annually in March), Northwest Cider Cup in Portland, OR (annually in June) and Cider Industry Socials (locations vary).
