A weekend long celebration of all things fermented. From kraut, miso, kimchi and sourdough, to cheese, chocolate, cider, wine & beer.
Discover the multi-cultural traditions of fermenting foods. Taste, learn and shop all weekend long at the 35+ vendors marketplace. Food vendors can be found at the Phoenix Plaza Civic Center, with alcohol vendors stationed at the Oregon Cheese Cave and Moxie Brew Taphouse. Join us as we partner with the world-renowned Rogue Creamery and celebrate the annual release of the Rogue River Blue. Stop by the Phoenix Grange for an educational session or two featuring fermentation expert Kirsten Shockey, as well as cheese makers from Rogue Creamery, and a kombucha making expert Lisa Brown. Learn about the health benefits of eating fermented foods, and taste some epic flavor-forward products.
