More about this event
Jötunn Ciderhouse is hosting a pop-up at Republic of Cider with local nonprofit Washington Water Trust (WWT) on Sunday, Sept. 28 from 1 to 5 pm! Chat with WWT about their work to protect and restore local rivers while enjoying delicious ciders crafted by Jötunn Ciderhouse and Republic of Cider.
The cideries will donate a portion of the proceeds from draft sales during the event to support WWT projects that keep local rivers flowing.
Jötunn Ciderhouse is a new Seattle cidery that is creating a space and ciders that can be enjoyed by everyone. They use organic Washington apple juice and ingredients like teas, herbs, and spices to craft original, tasty ciders. Jötunn Ciderhouse is part of Republic of Cider’s Craft Beverage Incubator Program and they are making their local debut through pop-ups and event appearances this year.
Republic of Cider was born from the idea of bringing diversity and new concepts to the cider industry. By offering ciders with flavors pulled from diverse cultures prominent on the pacific coast, they are built on bringing communities together. They have more than 20 flavorful, interesting ciders and other craft beverages on tap in their Seattle tasting room for guests to experience.
Jötunn Ciderhouse, Republic of Cider, and Washington Water Trust look forward to connecting with the community on Sun, Sept. 28. Cheers to local cider and flowing rivers!
