Art + Science, Cider + Wine is an original family run operation.  Kim Hamblin is ‘artistic director’ and/or ‘head apple picker,’ Dan Rinke is the ‘science’ of Art + Science, in charge of the magical fermentation processes and their son Cash is perhaps reluctantly, ‘in training.’ They are natural cider, perry, and wine producers using primarily foraged fruit & fermenting with indigenous yeast in rural Yamhill County, Oregon. Here’s what we will taste: Bird Brain Perry, Mutualism and Humble Perry, available through select retailers and for order online look for the “NWCA Happy Hour Perry Pack.” Register for free today and join us!

How does it work? Simple. Order your cider 5-7 days in advance (shipped to your door!), register for free then tune in via zoom. Enjoy a complimentary guided tasting with the maker. Hear their unique cider stories first hand and get your questions answered in real time. We are happy to be able to offer this programing at no cost to either cidermakers or cider lovers to help support our makers during this challenging time.
