SEATTLE, WASHINGTON (March 15, 2026) Seattle Rest
aurant Week returns April 19–May 2, 2026, bringing with it one of the region’s most visible dining moments, and a new opportunity for Northwest cider to take center stage across Seattle-area menus.
This spring, the Northwest Cider Association (NWCA) is partnering with Seattle Restaurant Week (SRW) to spotlight restaurants, cafés, bars, pop-ups, and food trucks featuring Northwest cider through a curated 2026 Spring Cider Dining Guide and expanded promotional amplification. Together, the collaboration aims to increase visibility for cider-friendly venues while showcasing the versatility and growing presence of Pacific Northwest cider in the region’s culinary landscape.
Seattle Restaurant Week is one of the region’s most powerful dining promotions, drawing diners eager to explore new restaurants and experiences through curated prix-fixe menus. Recent campaigns have driven strong results, including a 78% rate of diners visiting new restaurants, a 24% increase in seated covers, and more than 4.2 million media impressions supported by over 130,000 unique website visitors and 800,000+ profile views on srweek.org.
For Northwest cideries, the partnership represents a clear moment of opportunity: when restaurants opt in to feature cider on their menus, they not only gain additional exposure through Seattle Restaurant Week’s marketing channels, but also help expand the reach of regional cider across new audiences.
