Registration is OPEN for NW Cider Symposium 2026

TACOMA, WASHINGTON (November 11, 2025)
The Northwest Cider Association (NWCA) is thrilled to announce the return of its fourth annual in-person NW Cider Symposium, bringing together cidermakers, orchardists, marketers, and industry leaders for two days of education, community, and connection.
Join us March 16–17, 2026 at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center for the Northwest’s premier cider industry event. The 2026 Symposium will dive into topics shaping the future of cider, including orchard innovation and climate resilience, regional agritourism, cider in culinary settings, tasting room experiences, market trends and growth strategies for the Pacific Northwest cider sector.
The NWCA, a nonprofit trade association representing cidermakers and growers across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and British Columbia, continues to grow enthusiasm and community at this flagship event each year. The 2025 Symposium drew nearly 300 attendees from 6 U.S. states and British Columbia, representing 83 cideries and orchards.
This year’s Symposium features:
- Trade show showcasing products, services, and partners dedicated to advancing the cider industry.
- Educational workshops tailored for orchardists, cidermakers, marketers, and executives.
- Structured and informal networking to strengthen industry connections.
- Cider Happy Hour to celebrate our community and close out the event.
- Pre Party on Monday, March 16, a lively kick-off to reconnect and raise a glass together.
